Client Portal + Zoom
What to Expect
Scheduling, Communication, and Virtual Sessions
Virtual mediation sessions are designed to be structured, private, and manageable from wherever you are.
This page explains how your My Fair Mediation Client Portal and Zoom work together, so you know where to go, what to check, and how to join when it’s time.
Hello, Client Portal!
Where everything lives
Your My Fair Mediation Client Portal is the main place for scheduling, messages, session details, and next steps.
This is where you may:
- schedule sessions
- review upcoming appointments
- receive messages and updates
- access shared information or documents
- find session details and next steps
Real-life note:
If you’re thinking, “I know I saw that somewhere…” — it’s probably in the client portal.

secure login
Access Your Portal
Use the button below to access your client portal.
You may be prompted to enter your email or use a secure link.
Once inside, you’ll see your session details, messages, and anything that needs your attention.
Real-life note:
If you’re not sure how to get in, check your email. There’s usually a direct link waiting there, minding its business.
What Happens Next
Once your session is scheduled, communication and updates will come through your client portal.
You’ll typically see:
- a confirmation
- a reminder as the session gets closer
- any messages or updates along the way
- the Zoom link for your session
When it’s time:
- go back to your client portal
- click the Zoom link
- join at your scheduled time
Real-life note:
Most of the time, the question is “Where’s the link?”
Answer: the client portal.

Joining Your Session
The client portal gets you to the right place.
Zoom is where the session happens.
At your scheduled time:
- return to the client portal
- use the Zoom link provided
- join your session
What helps:
- a stable internet connection
- a device you’re comfortable using
- a space where you can participate without interruption
- any notes, questions, or topics you want to discuss
- anything important you do not want to forget once the session begins
Nothing fancy required. Just the link, your device, and the notes you meant to remember before your brain does that “blank screen at checkout” thing.
